How Does a Préime DermaFacial Treatment Work?
A Préime DermaFacial treatment improves the overall feel and appearance of the skin (by eradicating pimples and wrinkles, tightening, contouring, and restoring softness and glow) through the use of a groundbreaking new development in skincare technology, called the Préime DermaFacial smart device. This device consists of five powerful new skincare technological applicators:
The AquaB is a spiral vacuum. When the device is pressed gently against the surface of the skin, it combines high-tech spiral movement with vacuum technology to cleanse and exfoliate at the same time. This technology can also be used to control the size of the pores.
As it moves, the AquaB saturates the skin with active ingredients, which nourish and hydrate the skin, preparing it for the next stage of the facial treatment.
The VibroX is the latest, pioneering advancement in microdermabrasion technology. This applicator slides across the skin whilst emitting red LED light to encourage cell regeneration, which evens out the skin tone and improves the texture. As it does this, the VibroX also uses vibrational energy to tighten the skin by increasing the elasticity of the muscle fibres.
In addition to all of this, the VibroX penetrates the skin with CO2 microbubbles, which increases blood circulation. The blood carries oxygen and vital nutrients to different areas of the body, so – by increasing the speed with which the blood moves – the VibroX increases the speed with which the skin receives oxygen and vital nutrients. This means that the skin receives much more oxygen and nutrients than it normally would, which gives it the energy boost that it needs to heal, revive and rejuvenate itself.
The MicroT uses microcurrent technology (which means that it sends out tiny electrical currents) to lift and tighten the skin. The small electrical currents emitted by the device serve to build up and tone the muscles in the face. This increases the definition of the facial contours, such as the cheekbones, which creates a more youthful look. In addition, MicroT fights wrinkles and skin laxity. By sending electrical currents into the skin, the device stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. The Collagen+ uses 1MHz radio frequency energy to evenly increase the temperature of the skin to 39-42 degrees celsius. This heat prompts the skin to produce collagen and elastin, which – as we mentioned above – are natural proteins that reinforce the firmness, elasticity and tightness of the skin. Thus, the Collagen+ floods the skin with collagen and elastin, which increases the softness, springiness, and overall health of the skin.
The UltraB is the final phase of the Préime DermaFacial process. This device uses 1 MHz high-frequency thermal ultrasound technology to increase the volume of active ingredients that the skin can absorb. This enables the skin to retain more moisture than it otherwise would. Moisture helps to keep the skin soft, supple and healthy, so increasing the amount of moisture that the skin can retain will lead to a more visibly youthful look.

Blackheads are small, dark spots peppered across the skin. They appear when the hair follicles which cover the skin dilate and become clogged with oil and dead skin cells.

Collectively, the MicroT and Collagen+ boost the levels of collagen and elastin in the skin. The depletion of these natural proteins in the body is responsible for the formation of wrinkles and fine lines in the first place: without them, the skin becomes thin and papery. When the skin has this frail texture, folds and creases leave a permanent mark – wrinkles. When the skin is firm, youthful and elastic, however, it is able to bend without leaving these marks.
The MicroT and Collagen+ restore plumpness and elasticity to the skin, which washes wrinkles away.
By restoring firmness and flexibility to the skin, the MicroT and Collagen+ also treat loose and sagging skin. Skin laxity is another product of the loss of collagen and elastin in the body as we age: without these proteins, the skin begins to droop.
