She's an ex-severe acne sufferer and really sat me down and had me go over the seemingly endless list of products that l use on my face and said, cut the list. You're using way too many products and pointed out my tiny wrinkle lines that are mostly due to over exfoliation and dehydration. I was in disbelief that she wasn't trying to sale me on something that she provides or sells to make it all magically go away. I had previously bought a Groupon for a microdermabrasion session but while speaking to her over the phone I found out that she provided peels. I went in knowing that I was going to upgrade to a chemical peel. We went with the PCA light peel since she wanted to make sure that my skin can handle it considering it would be my first. She explained every product that she applied as she applied. Love. Love. Love her! Overall, I love my results despite the flakiness that I have going on. I have a papaya peel lined up two weeks from today and then another light peel four weeks from today. I can't wait! Oh and sadly, she's moving. Yep, just as I found my beauty guru I have to let her go. So if you're trying to get some seriously beautiful skin, runnnn. You have until the end of May. I think. Call her. Seriously. Lauren, if you're reading this, please don't go!!! New Hampshire is too hot and humid! Stay, stay in sunny California!!

Second visit here, and I'm really loving it so far. Lauren is a wonderful esthetician who has a true passion for what she does. Consequently she is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin (addressing & assessing issues, taking care of them, and related general questions). I'm already seeing improvements in the overall texture and tone of my skin, and I've been dealing with dry, red, sensitive, and hyper-pigmented skin for more than a year. The PCA products are amazing as well!

I came in couple of days ago with severe irritated skin from a product I have been using. I had the chance to meet with Lauren, who took the time to thoroughly discuss the condition of my skin & really get to the core of my problem. She then gave me a soothing facial to help calm the redness & severe dryness that was going on. I Left with my skin looking and feeling 100x better than when I walked in. The products she recommended I use are showing great improvement so far. She was also kind enough to follow up with me the next day. I'm glad I walked in to this place. She truly is passionate about what she does. I will definitely be making this my new local spa.

When I received my first-ever peel, she listened to my concerns (too harsh for my sensitive skin, didn't want to walk around for a week slathered in glistening ointments, didn't want a lot of visible peeling) and took every precaution to make sure I got what I wanted out of the peel. She even followed up with me a few days after, like she said she would, to make sure I was happy with the peel. I totally was. I should add that she uses PCA products, which I've fallen in love with. Simple, targeted treatments that work. So, go see Lauren! Your face will thank you.

Lauren was extremely professional and sweet. Honest, informative, and clearly an expert in her field. She was not only professional but very patient and in no rush through the procedure. You could tell immediately that this is what she enjoys/loves doing. Through my whole experience she explained everything she was about to do and always in a very soft and comforting voice. My skin felt so amazing! I've never seen it have this 'glow' before. I would highly recommend going to Lauren. I'm so happy & I can't wait to go back for another facial. She devised a great plan for me that will help me look and feel by best.I went to her with insane deep breakouts around my jawline & after one treatment I could see noticeable differences within a week. I just finished my 4th microdermabrasion facial and you can really see the difference. My friends have commented on the improvement in my skins smoothness, texture, dark spots, and fine lines. Lauren is excellent. She is knowledgeable about her product line, and starts out with a conservative approach to make sure your skin handles the procedures and products. She customizes the sessions, and works on the areas that bother you the most. I am highly satisfied, and will keep going to Lauren to keep my skin in tip top shape.

I have had many facials in my life and majority of the estheticians rush through them and slather random products on your face and do not listen to your concerns. That has always been my experience with facials... Until I met Lauren! Lauren is 100% the best estheticians I've ever been to. Before starting she asked what my skin goals were. She walked me through every step of my facial telling me what each product was and what it was good for. She also doesn't try and sell you on things you do not need which is a huge plus!
